Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club was the first registered club to become a Registered Training Organisation (No 6871).

We strive to provide flexible training opportunities for people seeking to gain employment and develop a career in hospitality.

Qualifications and Statements of Attainments are issued under the Australian Qualification Framework and are nationally recognised and credit transfer for units achieved can be used when registering for future more advanced studies.

What do we offer?

• A selection of individual units which can be combined and lead to either a: 

1. Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) THH21802
2. Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations) THH33002

• Onsite training utilising the operational facilities of the club

 Other training oppotunities:

• CHPRSL recruits ten trainees each year

• The CHPRSL trainees recruited undertake a Certificate III in Hospitality(Operations) THH33002
• CHPRSL also offers Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations) THH33002 training for trainees from Registered Clubs
• CHPRSL provides Existing Worker Traineeships for it's own staff in the above Hospitality Program as well as staff from other Registered Clubs
• CHPRSL offers Existing Worker Traineeship in Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) BSB41004 for it's own staff and staff from other Registered Clubs

Our calendar of programs include both the above full qualifications as well as access to individual units allowing students to gain both the knowledge and practical skills they require to develop their careers in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
